Who should sign up for a Performance Anxiety from Inside Out TeleWorkshop?
anyone who wishes to increase enhance confidence and increase concentration on stage, and to become more joyful and less fearful while performing.
anyone who lives in a remote area who might not be able to travel to a convention or university where Helen presents
If you have a group of your own, such as your own ensemble, for example, for whom you'd like to set up a special TeleWorkshop of any length, I'll be glad to arrange that for you at no extra charge.
I plan to offer TeleWorkshops covering specific advanced topics in performance anxiety in the future.
